The tank body is welded from high-strength Q345 carbon steel with multi-independent compartment design, fully compliant with national dangerous goods transportation safety standards. Tank Craftsmanship: Fully automatic submerged arc welding, 100% hydrostatic & air tightness pressure test; internal baffles weaken liquid sloshing force to prevent rollover risks during driving.

Chassis Frame: Integral U-type high-tensile steel main beam, three-layer anti-corrosion coating (sand blasting + epoxy zinc-rich primer + top finish paint) to resist salt and chemical erosion.

Full Safety System: Independent emergency shut-off valve for each compartment (auto cut-off upon collision); static dissipation system eliminates static electricity accumulation inside tank.

Custom Upgrades: Lightweight aluminum alloy tank (2 tons lighter curb weight), thermal insulation layer, flow meter, remote liquid level monitoring system are optional.

Official Certifications: Complete dangerous vehicle production license, CCS tank NDT inspection report, full road transport certification for hazardous cargo.
